I want to share with you what We have been doing in our community.

Over the past 8 years our family and volunteers have supported our community with emergency accommodation right from homeless to people waiting for suitable accommodation to come available that fits their needs

Technically if you have stayed here your homeless which means you’re not here by choice that’s around 200 people if not more that come and go throughout the year, that’s a lot of people if you were to add the number of people over 8 years that’s a crazy number. We Operate up to 60 Rooms

This building the old Balclutha Hospital is very much the lifeline of our community that people don’t see.

Everyone arrives with little or no money, we offer a bed, Food and safe place to sleep for as long as they need the cost is very little. The life changer is the possibility of employment with local employers as its rich with employment. No car no licence not a problem we offer employment support with work transfers. It’s all about helping each other.

But we are on limited time to how long we can operate and keep supporting our community.

We are asking for your help to donate to help with Building Insulation to comply with new Standards And any funds left over will go towards the purchase of the building. if we can’t purchase the building we may not be able to continue to support our community. We don't want to be put in a position to close.

We are seeking 350k plus to purchase and do insulation work and new roof.

Any donation received will make sure we continue to support our community for many years to come.
