Community Koha for Basketball Barbs Boys

We are reaching out to ask for support for Zane, Ethan and Caleb, who tragically lost their mum just two weeks before Christmas.

Barb was a much-loved and well-known member of Cromwell and The Southern Lakes community. For Barb was all about kids playing ball, from the Cromwell Mini Miners to the Central Lakes Rep teams Barb’s passion for basketball saw her touch many with her warmth, her presence and her smile. Barb, always had an eagerness to share her knowledge, skills and passion with players, coaches, refs, parents and the score bench. She gave tirelessly her time, always saying yes and putting others first.

Her sudden passing is an enormous loss to our sporting community and most heartbreakingly, to her whānau.

We know this is a challenging time for many, and any donation—no matter how small—would be deeply appreciated. Your kindness and support will help make a meaningful difference for these boys during an unimaginable time.
