Cooks Beach Cares.

We are a pretty random bunch of thrown together friends, neighbours and acquaintances.

We have all known each other since around when i was born! Some even longer.

The interesting thing is, We only really hang out with each other when we are on holiday, When the weather is good, The days are long and the fish are biting. We see each other at our best and happiest. Wandering around each other houses, Eating, Drinking & Laughing.

This random group of people have gone from young adults with kids who grew up together, to now i am 33 years old! I have kids who are older than i was when i met you all!  I have found that the weird bond we all have from cooks beach only gets stronger.

As you know one our team Ryan, Is having a bit of a hard time right now. Unfortunately we as a group are not strangers to these kind of  struggles as it's not the first time one of our families have been rocked.

I know most of you will think like i do. What can i do? Should i visit? Cook something? Offer child care? and you will know that these offers and gestures will be gratefully received but ultimately a drop in the bucket in helping the McLarens cope with all this.

I am hoping to get each of you on board in whatever capacity you are comfortable with in making a donation to Ryan, Hazel and Olivia.

Together we will be able to come together with an amount of money that they will be able to do whatever they want with, Care, Food, Time out, Airfares, or even some creature comforts. Together we can offer something from us as a small community that they will get enormous benefit from.

Please help if you can, I ask that we keep all donations anonymous as i want people to be comfortable giving whatever suits them and no one to feel bad if they cant match others.

Any amount will be helpful and of course will all go in its entirety to Ryan and Hazel.
