“Please help save our community and bring to life CrossFit Auckland 2.0” This challenge is bigger than I can achieve on my own.
Auckland
After 11 years, CrossFit Auckland needs a new home. Our building is being sold and we’ve been presented a forced opportunity to create CFAK 2.0
We’ve found a suitable building, with improved facilities for members and the children we train, with ample parking and a social space to foster connection. Most importantly the building costs are less than our existing lease. But, if we are approved this week, there are substantial immediate funds required.
We need your help to save the CrossFit Auckland Community!
While given this opportunity to re-establish and grow a thriving fitness family, we have a vision to launch a new kind of fitness community based on the ideals of a “Community Cafe” model, where we will continue to live our values and build an even stronger and more loving community.
BRINGING PEOPLE TOGETHER
Community and belonging are important because it offers a welcoming environment for anyone; regardless of their social, economic or religious backgrounds, everyone is welcome. Our goal is to enrich lives through socialisation and improved physical and psychological health and wellbeing.
Fitness communities like CrossFit Auckland allow people to engage with those they might not usually come across, sparking discussions and gaining a deeper understanding of each other and the community as a whole. We counter the ‘us and them’ culture, which unfortunately has become something of a norm. Our community espouses respect, support and compassion and fosters a growth-mindset, non-judgment and positivity.
WE ARE DEDICATED TO CHANGING LIVES THROUGH OUR WORKOUTS, COACHING AND COMMUNITY.
Please donate what you can afford; the minimum donation is $1.

Subject: Thank you for your support
Hi There
I'm reaching out to say a personal thank you for your support and donation made when I reached out for help.
I'm sure you have heard that we did not move to the new building, and CrossFit Auckland Ceased to trade on 31 July after 11 years, and for now it's home will be my garage, when I get a space set up.
I'm still in the throws of liquidating the assets of both clubs, and handing buildings back to the landlords, which has been my primary and singular focus since the HQ Club building was sold at Auction on 17 July.
Some of you I have already reimbursed personally, or deducted your kind donation from your equipment purchase. To those of you I have not, would you kindly reply with bank details for me to reimburse you.
I thank you again for all the kind words of support extended to me, and for your financial support.
Warmest regards and I'm sure I will see some of you soon in the fitness community circles.
