Help Cruz Dog get back on his skateboard! He's injured his ACL, and needs an operation to get back to his full speed lifestyle!
Taranaki
Cruz injured his ACL and was hoping to avoid an operation. After several months of rest the improvement he hoped for hasn't come, he can't walk properly, he's in constant pain and he desperately needs to get the operation to get back to his active lifestyle.

Cruz is my favourite running buddy, it has been heartbreaking seeing him unable to do all the fun activities he loves, like skateboarding, surfing, running and rock climbing. Can't wait to see him outdoors and loving life again!
THANK YOU EVERYONE - YOU ARE ALL AMAZING!! 31 August 2016
We can't believe how generous everyone has been. We have reached our goal in two days! You are all so kind.
I want to let you all know where the extra money will go. I want to donate it towards my friend "Boss" who also needs surgery.
"Boss" is a giant 55kg Neo-Mastiff who lost one of his front legs when he was younger due to a motorbike accident. His owners had to decide whether to put him down or try and see if they could still give him a good life. Boss has proved that even with three legs a dog can still have an amazing life! Boss now requires further surgery for the same aliment as Cruz. He will undergo surgery within the next two weeks.
Keep an eye out for Boss's full story on TV3's "STORY" at 7PM, THURSDAY NIGHT. (1st Sept)
I hope that everyone is happy with this decision. If you get to hear Boss's full story, I know you will agree that it is a very worthy cause.
Thanks so much everyone, Cruz loves you all!
