Please help me get private medical help

So unfortunately I had to suddenly leave my job where I was employed only as a casual worker but ended up working 84 hours a week 7days a week lucky to get 1 day off a month

I was over worked, under paid and had unwanted sexual behaviour towards me that made me really uncomfortable.

I’ve been trying to get a benefit but it’s a 13 week stand down and regardless of all of this they will not help with rent food or power and I have two children to top it off I’m trying to keep on top of my mental health as I have mental health issues and other medical issues I’m not asking for much just anything any one can spare a little goes such a long way I wouldn’t normally do something like this but I don’t want to end up homeless with two kids
