Cuddle Cot Fundraiser - In memory of all babies who left too early

We've set up this page in the hopes to raise enough money from the community to import a cuddle cot for Neonatal intensive care unit in Auckland hospital and honour all babies who left too early and are forever missed by their parents and families. No parents should experience loss of their child, but sadly it's reality for many families in NZ and around the world. This Christmas we would like to give back a little by helping newly bereaved parents to have opportunity to spend time with their babies.

The purpose of the CuddleCot unit is to cool baby, allowing families to bring them home without embalming.

A CuddleCot is manufactured and imported from England, with shipping and tax they can cost up to $6000. This CuddleCot will be gifted to Auckland hospital NICU. We specifically asked neonatal intensive care unit what they really need and the answer was a cuddle cot. There are not enough cuddle cots in NZ and would be amazing if we all can give a little,because every little counts!
