Raising funds to bring in a cuddle cot for A Waikato maternity ward.

I've set up this page in the hopes to raise enough money from the community to import a cuddle cot for our local hospital/maternity ward.
A cuddle cot is a cooling system which is placed into a bassinet / Moses basket to let parents of angel babies spend an extra couple of days with their child before saying their last good byes. at present there is only a few of these in New Zealand due to the cost of these systems . These are not made in New Zealand therefore need to be imported in. An approximate cost including shipping & spare parts for this system is about $4500-$5000NZD

I am involved in this cause because I have so many friends who have suffered the loss of a child and only had very little time with their angel before having to say their final good byes. It's heartbreaking. With this cuddle cot these families will be given an extra 2-3days with their beautiful angel. By getting this cuddle cot we are giving the gift of time, these families will get an extra few days with their Angels.
