Please help support Neil and Cully to pay for vet treatment required after a dog attack

Rotorua, Bay Of Plenty

If you are a Rotorua hockey player or a sideline parent you will be familiar with Neil and his wee best mate Cully.

On Tuesday evening while supporting Neil at the turf Cully was viciously attacked by a pack of dogs.

After taking some time to get Cully to safety, Neil managed to get his best mate to the vet for treatment. Cully has sustained some serious internal injuries which required surgery. This has also been an extremely traumatic experience for Neil and his lovely partner Nunn.

It is not likely the owner of these dogs will pay for vet treatment so I am hoping the Rotorua community will band together to help. Neil gives a lot to our hockey teams and Cully is a mascot and well loved fixture at the turf. Every little bit will help and is humbly and gratefully received.

Thank you ❤️

2% Effective Fee
On average, fundraisers pay just 2% to use Givealittle. This is one of the lowest effective fees in New Zealand fundraising. We charge a 5% platform fee to cover the cost of running the platform. Because most donors choose to top up their donation to cover this fee, the effective cost paid by fundraisers is about 2%. That means around 98 cents of every dollar raised goes to the cause.
