I’m cutting off my dreads to raise money to support kids with cancer
Invercargill, Southland
Kia Ora
My name is Rick Biddle from Invercargill. After many years of having my dreads it’s sadly time for us to say goodbye, but no worries as it’s for an awesome cause
I’m raising money for an awesome organisation called Chemo Crazies, who support kids going through chemotherapy. The main way they do this is by making packs full of awesome things kids would love. These packs help out a smile on these kids brave faces as they walk their chemo journey
This cause is also very personal to me and my Whanau, having lost two siblings and my mother to cancer
Finally, if you would like to be part of seeing the dreads come off come on down to Southland Boys High on Sun 18 September 11am to 4pm. The haircutting will be part of an awesome family Fun Day Out!
Thanks for your support

There are hundreds of kids here in Aotearoa going through the overwhelming stages of chemo and whanau that step up in love of there babies.
The event was a success and a perfect day.
On behalf of the Sports and exercise students of SIT, and the Chemo Crazies team we would like to thank you, with your donation we can effectively help a child progress through the transition of treatment and healing.
