Cycle for life

$555 of $5,000 goal
Given by 15 generous donors in 9 weeks

This November I will be cycling 345 km through Cambodia from Phnom Penh to Siem Reap to raise funds for Life Cycle

Nationwide

Life Cycle has selected four worthy initiatives that are transforming the lives of Cambodian people in vulnerable circumstances. Each organisation is unique and between them they educate and house children without families, work in with local communities to help educate children in rural areas (who often miss out on education), equip young adults at risk of being trafficked with high quality training in hospitality (with a very high success of job placement), and help women, who have escaped severe human rights abuses, create new futures through education, successful counselling, vocational training, and more.

2% Effective Fee
On average, fundraisers pay just 2% to use Givealittle. This is one of the lowest effective fees in New Zealand fundraising. We charge a 5% platform fee to cover the cost of running the platform. Because most donors choose to top up their donation to cover this fee, the effective cost paid by fundraisers is about 2%. That means around 98 cents of every dollar raised goes to the cause.
