Please help get our Nana home to Pakowhai
Pakowhai, Hawke's Bay
Our 3 heads of our family lost absolutely everything in the cyclone and 3 homes in Pakowhai. These have been a huge part of our lives for 41 years and are seen as home to 5 generations of family members. Our goal is to get our very special 89 year old Nana and her kids back to their homes, They do have insurance but unsure if will be fully covered due to Natual disaster clause at present time

Funds will be used towards repairs/ rebuilds on the homes and costs incurred by the cyclone and insurance access times 3

Zoning update 11 May 2023
As is stands the government has stated they are doing the districts into categories and they are not due to be done until September si just under 4 months to go of still not knowing where we stand with the homes if can be redone or red zoned. This is making everyone very anxious and unsettled
