As is stands the government has stated they are doing the districts into categories and they are not due to be done until September si just under 4 months to go of still not knowing where we stand with the homes if can be redone or red zoned. This is making everyone very anxious and unsettled

With stripping gib and houses right down to frames we have got thru stage 1 with insurance which is amazing. Still waiting on new from government about red zoning Pakowhai hopefully they don't but completely out of our control just like the cyclone
Heya people not only did our Dad, Aunty and Nana lose their homes and everything in them Dad lost 6 very special friends his 5 doggies and his cat. Also at this stage all their land is affected badly as well. Thank you for taking time to read this
