Dog Rescue/Severe emaciation and malnutrition, Second chance

Hawke's Bay

Jimmy was found weeks after Cyclone Gabrielle in Napier huddled next to a collapsed bridge that had flooded trying to gain warmth from a car motor late 1 evening.

He couldn't walk suffering from severe long term malnutrition, severe emaciation and dehydration with life long physical injuries on his body.

Despite all attempts to locate his family no one came back for Jim.

He has a chance to live a new happy, safe and forever loving family home now that we want to help support Jimmy with.

He is in need of Vet treatment, good nutritional food and most importantly dog toys to see him into the future.

If you can Help Jimmy to recieve treatment and support after his horrific ordeal please consider supporting his care 🙏

2% Effective Fee
On average, fundraisers pay just 2% to use Givealittle. This is one of the lowest effective fees in New Zealand fundraising. We charge a 5% platform fee to cover the cost of running the platform. Because most donors choose to top up their donation to cover this fee, the effective cost paid by fundraisers is about 2%. That means around 98 cents of every dollar raised goes to the cause.
