Dancing in Dubai after surviving life threatening infection

Hi my name is Caylin Watkins I am 16 years old from the Hokianga now residing in Whangarei and I am reaching out for help to acheive my dream of Dancing in Dubai with my dance crew Soulful from DDF this July 2025 to Represent New Zealand in the World Supremacy Battlegrounds Finals!🏆

When I was 9 I suffered a life threatening infection called "Staphylococcus Areaus" i was quickly rushed from Rawene to Whangarei by ambulance then flown by helicopter to starship where I was put in an induced a coma & rushed to theatre for a life saving operation & ended up staying for 2 months. I had Meningitis, Nuemonea & breathing tube's, was on dialysis to help my body cope, my body was shutting down & the doctors & nurses didn't know what to tell my mum, the reality was it wasnt looking good.

By the grace of God I am here today, I slowly Re-learnt to walk again and not only can I walk I can do what I believe was given a gift to me and that gift is in dance.💜 My life is a testament to God, I am healed & now I'm dancing again & have an incredible opportunity to do what I love overseas representing my country! Please help me make this dream to Dance in Dubai a reality🙏

Your donations will help pay for flights for my mum and I as I'm under 18 I cannot travel alone due to Dubai Laws.
