Canoe Slalom World Championships

The World Champs are held yearly. This is my last year competing at Under 18 level and I hope to make the top 20 in the K1 class. The next level is Under 23. The Champs will be held in Poland near the end of July 2016.

Daniel's Vision Statement

"I feel priveleged to compete at World Champ level. When I finish a race, I feel that I have accomplished something big. The rush of the white water, and the desire to be the best I can, keeps me going. This helps me endure the long training hours and to keep the goal of competing for Fiji at the 2020 Olympics in my focus. In order for this to happen, I need lots of international racing experience."

Funding

I need to raise $5,000 to cover flights, food, accommodation, coaching costs, internal travels costs and racing fees while in Poland for 3 weeks of training and racing.
