Give a Little Page For Darren Withers & His Family through his battle with terminal cancer.
Wellington
Hi and Welcome to our page for Darren Withers.
D-Rex, Big D, Dazzle....
Life at times is a bit sad and cruel and for those of you who know Darren, this is exactly what has happened. Big D who was running around site only a week or so back, has been struck with the worst of all cancer scenarios, being told its Terminal Brain Cancer and he only has a few weeks left. At his age, this is nothing short than a tragedy.
Darren is a loving father and husband, a recent granddad and to the rest of us an all round good mate.
Scarbro want to be able help Darren look after his family for when he is no longer around to support them. This is to help Chalisa have one less thing to worry about during this painful period.
To do this, we need to RAISE AS MUCH AS WE CAN.
So please help out! Reach deep into your pockets and help them out, anything at all will help.
We also want to show as much love as we can, so please feel free to go see him, give him the love and laughter that is so valuable at these times. Talk about the memories, the funnier the better!
"for this fight, he is alone. but not once along this path should he feel like it"
UPDATE: Hi All, Thanks a lot for your support. Sadly Darren passed away last week. Please contact me directly should you have any questions or want to contact the family for condolences. We all miss him so much already! - Lachlan

I am involved as we not only value Darren but we believe this is more than just us that he has touched in some way. He is one of the most hardworking people I have ever met. He is part of our Scarbro family and just a bloody good bloke!
Just to confirm, that ALL of the funds raised here and anywhere else will be passed over to Darren's family to pay for all his expenses during this difficult time and his family for the future.
Lachlan Collett will be collecting funds and will pass them over to the family.
