I am targeting the 2017 World Weightlifting Championships held in Anaheim, USA in Nov/Dec 2017 as part of my build-up to the 2018 Commonwealth Games and need help to raise the necessary funds.

As David's coach I am passionate and committed to helping him achieve his dreams and goals. At just 20 years of age, David is showing the potential to become one of New Zealand’s best ever weightlifters. Competition on the world stage is an important aspect of development in any sport. As part of David’s build-up for the 2018 Commonwealth Games we are targeting the 2017 World Championships which is not funded by the National Sporting Body

Flights, accommodation and training expenses required to get me to the 2017 World Weightlifting Championships.
