Gore and Districts Depression Support Group has taken off and we need your help to provide resources for a group library and advertising.
Southland
The support group has taken off. The demand and feedback from the community has been overwhelming and I am running an evening as well as a morning group. Between the 2 groups I have 15 attending with interest from Invercargill residents as well. The need for the support is definatly wanted. The books will provide resource information on how to work out your triggers, ways to cope, ideas for the sufferers families to help the sufferers themselves. The books range in price from $25-$40. The books I would like to provide to the group will be beneficial in staying above the level of depression. Funds used towards advertising will be to inform people when groups will be run and contact information.

The home office base for the group is up and running!! We now have so much need from sufferers that we are running an evening and morning group. All made possible by our awesome supporters! Thank you.
