Let's dig deep for our drought-stricken farmers who need our help!

Hawke's Bay

A severe and prolonged drought particularly in the central part of Hawke's Bay is having a significant impact on farmers, their families and wider community.

The combination of the drought, with Covid-19 restrictions is an unprecedented challenge for the rural community.

There is a massive and critical lack of feed, and some farmers are in dire situations, mentally exhausted and trying to keep stock alive.

The Rural Advisory Group, who are the lead agency for the drought response, are raising funds to support the transportation of feed to farmers in need.

The farming community work hard to feed us, now its our turn to help them.

Please dig deep for our farming community. We can do this together!
