A Call for Support As a servant of God

I, Bishop Backwell Tumwesigye, Founder of Discovery Community Church and Discovery Christian Orphanage School, have dedicated my life to serving God and uplifting the vulnerable in Uganda. My ministry provides education, shelter, and spiritual nourishment to orphans and the less privileged. Despite this impact, the journey has been fraught with pain, most notably the loss of my three children this year due to a lack of emergency transport. The nearest hospital is 45 kilometers away, and the absence of a reliable vehicle has made accessing urgent medical care nearly impossible. This heartbreaking reality underscores the urgent need for a ministry van, which will save lives and enhance outreach efforts. As James 2:15-17 reminds us, faith without action is dead. Together, we can help raise $6,000 to purchase this van and ensure no more lives are lost. By supporting this cause, we honor God’s call to care for the least among us.
