we got your back mums of new Zealand. We love you, all that you do and all you provide no words can describe, i love my mum.

Bay of Plenty

well it all started last year, My mother was showing signs of mental illness, she had lived in the same house for 30 years,

after her father died her and her brother were awarded half share. after 6 years of my mother paying my uncle 150 per week with no maintenance carried out the whole time he gets her to sign a contract on the property to the sale price of 280k (which she signed) the house is valued at 380, but he was selling it to my aunty, hence the low price,

because of my mothers failing mental health, i had the contract terminated.

but in the meantime my mother was still forced out of a property she owns half of, while at her most vulnerable. 30 years of things thrown away.....

even after the sale of the property my mother on a sickness benefit will not be able to find a home for her 180k even less after fees and settlement, ive had to sign over 10k to get epa and property manager rights to stop my mother from being used by her so called siblings not to mention real estate fees, reimbursements etc

i need to raise funds in order to help get repairs done or to at least go towards my 60 yr old mothers new place wherever that may be,

its funny how family dont really care about their own siblings welfare when moneys involved.

my mother has been in and out of hospital for 12 months now, not once has my uncle or aunty seen their sister.

i just get threatening emails from his lawyers all the time.

im kind of on my own, ive already spent nearly 20k on skip bins, lawyers, maintenance repairs etc.

i have no real support..

mental health are useless.

shell be released into my care next week, its very hard. But i love my mum and i will do whatever it takes to make sure my mother gets whats best for her. i will manage all her affairs and make sure she has a home to call home, not a caravan

She has no licence and has osteo problems, i cannot relocate her away from a town or city and the cheapest place around me or any of her children start at 300k min,

Use of funds

The funds will be spent on maintenance, sale of the property and the rest used to go towards a deposit on a house that she can call her own
