Vet bills from dog attack on cat

I am looking for help and support in recovering the medical costs (vet bills) incurred when my cat was attacked by an off leash dog and was almost killed. After 3 weeks of not knowing if he was going to survive or if he would have to be euthanized Gumball managed to make his slow recovery. My children and I are so glad to have Gumball in our lives and any help with the vet bill would be greatly appreciated.
