A give a little page to help take grandma home to Zimbabwe.

Auckland

As some of you may know our beautiful grandma Elizabeth (Dolly) Kasnu passed away on Thursday.

Grandma passed away in a foreign country unexpectedly and we know that she wouldn't want to be buried anywhere else but at home beside her husband. We're now in the process of trying to get her back to Zimbabwe but the repatriation costs keep mounting and we still don't know what the final bill will be.

If anyone feels like they would like to give something to help take grandma home we would really appreciate any help.

Grandma will be so thankful to everyone who has already sent messages to show their love for her, and their support for her family.

Thank you

Use of funds

All funds will go to the costs of taking grandma home. If, by grace there is any left over these will go to cover any remaining funeral costs.

2% Effective Fee
On average, fundraisers pay just 2% to use Givealittle. This is one of the lowest effective fees in New Zealand fundraising. We charge a 5% platform fee to cover the cost of running the platform. Because most donors choose to top up their donation to cover this fee, the effective cost paid by fundraisers is about 2%. That means around 98 cents of every dollar raised goes to the cause.
