Meet ,Josna a 29-year-old nurse from kerala , India, Moved to new Zealand in 2020 to pursue her dream of a nursing career. she began her journey by working as a support worker at Healthcare NZ Napier. In Jan 2023 she married Mr.Lipin k Pappachan ,who had recently arrived in New Zealand . They were leading a happy life and expecting their first child as Josna was 29weeks pregnant. However ,Tragedy struck on September28,2023, when Josna suddenly become light headed while having meal and was rushed to Hawkesbay DHB . There she become unresponsive and experienced paralysis on her right side . She was urgently airlifted to Capital and cost wellington DHB , Where she was diagnosed with an Intracerebral Bleeding secondary to an Aneurysm. Josna initially needed ventilator support and experienced a significant loss of consciousness in the intensive care unit . She underwent treatment and continues to receive intensive care . Her baby remain healthy and monitored by the team

Josna was the primary financial provider for her family . Her family is in a challenging position . Her husband who has taken the role of being Josna's Primary caregiver .

They are seeking community support to ease the financial burden caused by josna's medical condition , Allowing her to focus on recovery . Any contribution, regardless of size can help this young family to recover .
