Ki ora, my name is Kalia, this year at my school I am tasked to support a community/charity and I have chosen to fundraise towards providing AWWA period underwear for women sheltering at Wellington Women's Refuge. Thanks to AWWA's support on my project, $18 will provide a person in need with one pair of AWWA underwear. Women and children who come out of domestic violence situations are seeking help and often bring very little with them due to the urgency of their situation. As a community, we can donate and help provide women with AWWA underwear, an item that every woman will utilize and will be able to reuse.

This year I am in support with AWWA to complete my school community project by fundraising to send AWWA reusable period underwear to people under the care of Wellington Women's Refuge.
Use of funds
The money will be used to purchase AWWA reusable period underwear for the women & girls under the care of Wellington Womens Refuge.
Funds will be paid to my grandfather as I am under the age of 18
