I don't have any more pictures to add at the mo but John, the director, says the roof is going on soon. We have done so well in raising over $9,000. I thank every one of you. Every dollar has contributed to our (almost) success in reaching our goal of $10,000 and Saving Our School. They are building the new dorm around the old one so the boys have accommodation in the meantime.

On the basis of $8000 in the fund, we are starting the build because the government inspectors are coming next week.
Everyone is so excited, Nobody can quite believe it. John is already planning the opening celebrations in March which will include a trip for the Kibera Hamlets students to Migori, singing, dancing, acrobatics, parents, food and a soccer match between Kibera (primary) and Migori (highschool), with some ring-ins such as John, who played for Kenya, in the little kids team. There will be a girls' and a boys'match. I'm going to put my name down for assistant referee and whenever the big kids look like scoring I'll shout, Offside!
Of course, you are all invited.
