Did you have a HUGE dream when you were younger? I know I did...

Our friend Cole (other son/brother - that we stole!) has an incredible opportunity to fulfil one of his dreams. To go to SPACECAMP and visit NASA. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity - and when I saw his eyes light up, I wanted to help make this dream a reality for him.

I thought this would be a beautiful way to show our support as a caring community and cheer him on. How often do we fundraise for dreams? How often to we fundraise for our future generations? Let's make this happen!

I'm starting off by donating the amount that our company pays to The Special Children's Christmas Party each year (apologies to them, we'll be back next year!)

So, if you're happy to donate the cost of a coffee/lunch/Lotto ticket/new pair of shoes to help me help Cole live his dream, please do. As the saying goes, it takes a village...

Cole's my 'son from another mother' and 'brother from another mother' of Tate and Sol! This was one way I could think to help Cole make his dream a reality.

Use of funds

Money will be used to fund Cole's SpaceCamp fee. If we exceed our goal it will be used to help pay for flights to the USA.

On average, fundraisers pay just 2% to use Givealittle. This is one of the lowest effective fees in New Zealand fundraising. We charge a 5% platform fee to cover the cost of running the platform. Because most donors choose to top up their donation to cover this fee, the effective cost paid by fundraisers is about 2%. That means around 98 cents of every dollar raised goes to the cause.
