Hi,

My name is Thomas Williams and I have been taking part in the Duke of Edinburgh programme through Pukekohe High School. Recently we went on a tramp around Mt. Ruapehu for our qualifying adventurous journey, the last part of the Duke of Ed programme. During this journey we documented every step of the way using several GoPro cameras. Unfortunately I was tasked with creating the Video for our Journey, and my external HDD with all the footage on failed halfway through making the video. This HDD has all the footage on it, and the company I have looked at going through to get the data recovered quoted me $500 plus the cost of a new HDD to get the data back. I've also been doing a lot of Photography for my school surrounding Mufti-Days, Dress Up Days and Sports Events that have also been lost. Any small donations would be a huge help to me and the group of people I went on this journey with.

Use of funds

The funds will be put towards getting the data recovered from the old failed HDD and put onto a new HDD.
