Given by 315 generous donors in around 4 months

Support 28 non-dancers from around Christchurch to raise $50,000 for Home & Family in Christchurch

Canterbury

Last year Home & Family raised a whopping $44,000 at their Dancing with the Stars Fundraising Challenge, and this year we are hoping to do even better

We have 28 'non dancers' signed up, all attending professional dance training for 6 weeks before performing on their routines on June 22nd in front of an audience of 600.

Our contestants are giving up their Saturdays, working hard and fundraising on our behalf. Please support them by sponsoring them - it's going to be a great show!

Date/Venue:

22nd June 2017, Transitional Cathedral on Hereford Street

About us

As New Zealand’s 2nd oldest Charity (est. 1898), Home and Family have evolved from ‘The Society for the Protection of Women’ into a child-focused organisation protecting childhoods by providing early intervention and wrap-around support.

Use of funds

Home & Family have been providing services to families and children in Christchurch for 120 years; today we keep families together with residential parenting programmes and offer counselling for all ages, with a speciality in children's counselling. All funds raised will support our services.
