Give Eli Jack's little fingers a rest

We would love to provide a CGM (Continuous Glucose Monitor) for my son Eli Jack who is a Type-1 diabetic.

Bay of Plenty

Eli Jack is my 3yr old son, he's a Type-1 diabetic that was diagnosed at 19months old. He is now on a funded insulin pump and doing so well!! He is my superhero and takes all the complications that his condition brings on the chin like the champion he is.

We would love to buy some more technology for his condition that is not yet funded in NZ, there is an initial cost as well as continuing costs for the CGM and we are asking for donations to help with this new adventure for our little superhero.

This technology will allow us to read his blood sugars using a chip under his skin and a receiver device, giving his little fingers a rest from traditional finger-pricks for blood sugar testing.

For more information about the CGM visit: https://www.freestylelibre.com.au/

Anything would be appreciated and I thank you with all of my heart for your help!

Alofa Aku and God Bless!
