End of Year Trip to Auckland

Our tamariki have worked so hard this year and they deserve a special end of year trip. We are planning to go to the Auckland Zoo, stay over night in the old Elephant house, have a night walk and look at creepy crawlies. The next day we will spend the day at Rainbow's End, the following day at Whangarei Wave Pools.

Our children don't get to Auckland very often (4 hours drive) and some of them have never been to Auckland Zoo or Rainbow's End. They are such a delightful group of children and we really want them to have the best trip ever!

We have to hire 2 x 12 seater vans at the cost of $1500 (including petrol), plus the entry costs of the activities and food makes this trip total $4,000.

We have raised nearly $2,000 so far through raffles, a stall at the Mangamuka Pig Hunt and winning a competition from Muffin Break. We need at least $1,000 more to make this trip a reality!
