Update for 07/09/2009  7 September 2009

So far we have done presentations to Population Health staff at their Hamilton office, and to the Waikato ME Support group. Feedback included: ""Lots of interesting information"", ""like your presentation style"" and ""I didn't know endometriosis was so common!"" We are keen to make a lot more presentations, so please make contact if you would like us to come to you! Our presentations are free and ideal for workplaces and community organisations. To make a booking email or phone Annette on endo@hnpl.net 07 855 3851.

2% Effective Fee
On average, fundraisers pay just 2% to use Givealittle. This is one of the lowest effective fees in New Zealand fundraising. We charge a 5% platform fee to cover the cost of running the platform. Because most donors choose to top up their donation to cover this fee, the effective cost paid by fundraisers is about 2%. That means around 98 cents of every dollar raised goes to the cause.
