Ethan has been offered an incredible opportunity to represent New Zealand in the World Deaf Swimming Championship in São Paulo, Brazil 2019.

Ethan was born deaf, and at the age of 10 received his first Cochlear Implant, followed soon after with his second Implant. As you can imagine living in a silent world is tough, try standing on the starting block in a swimming race and not being able to hear the gun!!!

We ask for your support so Ethan can experience an opportunity of a lifetime.

Just 12 weeks until Ethan gets to wear the New Zealand silver fern and compete at the 5th world Deaf Swimming Camps in São Paulo, Brazil. Still some fundraising to go to get the accomodation paid for.
