By working with local partners GVN Foundation is able to have a direct impact on the projects it supports. Together with our Ethiopian partner we are striving to find sustainable, innovating solutions to local problems. However, we rely entirely upon donors like you who recognize that change always begins with individuals.

About us

We're inspiring, empowering and enabling volunteers around the world to raise money to help children in developing countries to break free from poverty. At The GVN Foundation we believe in the idea of 'local solutions to local problems' and we therefore work with local community organizations in each country we support.

On average, fundraisers pay just 2% to use Givealittle. This is one of the lowest effective fees in New Zealand fundraising. We charge a 5% platform fee to cover the cost of running the platform. Because most donors choose to top up their donation to cover this fee, the effective cost paid by fundraisers is about 2%. That means around 98 cents of every dollar raised goes to the cause.
