F45 & Starfish Changing Lives

Here at F45, we’re pretty passionate about improving peoples lives. We have been planning an amazing fundraiser to give back to our local community. We know that the Matamata-Piako has little funded resources and financial support to offer those in need of counselling and mental health services. We have partnered with a local not-for-profit organisation- Starfish Social Services - to host this event. Starfish is a community based holistic service that has been offering support to whanau across the Matamata Piako and South Waikato districts since 2009. This fundraiser is a 24 hour community focused event that will raise funds to allow Starfish to continue offering counselling social work, mentoring family harm prevention, suicide prevention and programs within their professional clinical space.
