I need an FAA approved travel/aircraft CPAP machine. Without it, my blood oxygen level drops <85% and I snore like a chainsaw!

Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (CPAP) Therapy for Obstructive Sleep Apnea

I need a Transcend travel CPAP machine to help me sleep. Without it, my blood oxygen level drops down below 85%. Although the F&P machine that the hospital gave me has a flight mode, it is not FAA approved. The Federal Aviation Administration is a governmental body of the United States with powers to regulate all aspects of civil aviation in that nation as well as over its surrounding international waters. FAA approved machines are a requirement for flights from New Zealand.

Currently a student, I cannot afford to buy one on my own - it will be great as a back-up unit too because if power is disrupted it can easily run off a battery. I intend to travel in the near future and having a compact travel CPAP will allow me to do this.

Transcend 3 miniCPAP™ Auto: Travel CPAP is FAA approved...Otherwise I'm the one on the long haul flight snoring like an old chainsaw in a steel drum, who stops breathing... snorts awake and then starts up again just as you start to drift off!

Use of funds

Money raised will go towards the purchase of a TRANSCEND AUTO™ MINI CPAP - I intend to purchase from USA direct for the best price. Any surplus will be passed on to Hospice.
