Facing a health battle, lost my job and unable to work

Hi friends and whanau,
Sadly today I have had my contract terminated and I am about to get every blood test possible done ahead of urgent xrays and scans.
I am a little worried how I am going to support myself given my single dog mum status.
Im ok, I am staying positive but I simply dont know what I am facing. I am seriously unwell though, so It has been a bit rough of late.
If you have any spare coins, please chuck them my way. Appreciate even a message as I know times are tough for all.

Still waiting on urgent scans and xrays 17 January 2025
I rushed myself to hospital because ive been experiencing a lot of faintness.
To clarify:
Liver, kidneys, heart, thyroid all look ok in blood tests and an ecg.
Not a UTI. Not diabetes.
The tests continue.
