Faithful family man seeks life altering medical help in Cebu, Philippines.

I am Jonathan Navacilla, the Pastor of Blessed Hope Christian Fellowship, located at Cebu, Philippines. I worked as a pastor since 2008. I'm married to Flor, and blessed with two boys. Last 2018, I was diagnosed with Myelofibrosis, a rare blood problem caused by a scarring in my bone marrow. Since then, I have been in and out of the hospital for medication and laboratories. The church nor my family are able to support my medications. So I am really drained financially. There are some friends from NZ that has offered help that is why I was able to underwent several medications to manage my symptoms, but they are also limited. The cost of bone marrow transplant ranges from 2.5M pesos to 3.5M pesos. ($87.000 - $102.000NZ). A little amount will be a great help.

As much as my condition can be managed to a degree on an ongoing basis, I desire simply to be well again, to be healed through medical intervention. Here in the Philippines we do not have public or funded health care. Our salary levels are very low compared to many other countries.

I still minister as a Pastor despite my condition. Though many times I had to take a leave for rest and recovery, the ministry here in Cebu is still on going. As much as I can, I still preach on Sundays. Its just that this sickness has taken its toll on our finances. often I am in a great deal of pain. Any help received, especially if I can be made well again through a bone marrow transplant, The depth of my gratitude would be profound.
