family of seven in need of a disability van

Me and my partner share five children together all of the ages are 7,6,5,4, an 2 my five year old daughter Natalia is diagnosed with duplication of 12P, she has developmental delays e.g hearing loss, nil understanding, nil by mouth (mikkey button), nil muscle tone in lower body as a factor she relies strongly on our support to manage every day needs, Natalia is currently in a wheelchair an may or may never walk and as a large family we need a van that can support Natalias wheel frame as she is currently too heavy for me to lift in an out of her car seat. me and my partner have great-fully been approved a percent of funding through the lotteries grant but am previously left short as these vans are very expensive. if you could help us we would be so appreciative an dearly thankful.
