Talofa Lava, everyone!

First, we want to extend our heartfelt thanks for all the positive feedback that inspired my family and me to create this page. The response to the video I posted was overwhelming, and many of you expressed a desire to donate and show your support.

As highlighted in the video, my family has dedicated ourselves to rescuing stray dogs we find wandering the streets, giving them a safe place to call home. Unfortunately, dogs are often treated poorly in Samoa, and it’s painful to witness the cruelty they endure.

In response to this, we’ve taken in as many stray dogs as possible, providing them with food, water, and shelter. You can find them happily exploring our farm in the village, running freely across acres of land.

We’ve named this initiative “Bear’s Rescue” in loving memory of our first family fur baby, Bear, who we raised from birth. Tragically, she passed away from poisoning, and her loss is deeply felt. This rescue is inspired by Bear, and we hope to change the way dogs are perceived and treated in Samoa.
