James is finally having his pancreas removed and we need your help! (Not to do the actual removing though).

After almost seven years of health struggles, hospital admissions, operations, tests and procedures, IT'S FINALLY COMING OUT.

Surgery will take place at Westmead Hospital in Sydney on the 23rd of May this year and James is needing a bit of help in the $$ department.

The surgery itself is funded (chur Aussie) but flights, accommodation, medication on discharge as he’s not an Australian citizen and extra ongoing medical observations and tests will all need to be covered.

Thinking of you guys, hope everything is going OK. May this be the start of a healthy new chapter in your lives, although we so admire the strength and resilience you've both displayed through all the trials and crap the whole pancreas thing has brought you. Sorry you have to hang out with all those Aussies - hang in there, you'll be home soon! :) xx
