Father of large family with debilitating brain tumour.

Ben has developed a brain tumour, I am creating this page to take the financial pressure off him and his family at this difficult time. In April he started to have severe nausea, dizziness and vomiting, after two MRI'S and a CT scan a 7x4cm Tumour was found on his nerve and pressing on his brain stem. This has caused him to not be able to work, his brain has swelled, he has a reduction in mobility, vomiting, double vision, hallucinations and this has left him mainly bed ridden. In a few weeks time he will travel to Christchurch to under go one of two surgeries to try and remove the Tumour, which is in a tricky position. Any donations made no matter how large or small will take huge financial pressure off this very deserving family.

Money raised will go towards accommodation for him and his family while he recovers in Christchurch from surgery, much needed car repairs, and living costs to take the financial burden off the family so that they can focus on his health.

Surgery Update 27 September 2023
Ben has gone through an extensive 7 hour brain surgery. All went well though part of the tumour was unable to be removed, due to its location. Ben is waiting on the biopsy results and is recovering well with his family. Thanks to all those that donated money it has taken a lot of pressure off his family to they can focus on Ben's health.
