The Paws of Hope Foundation pet food assistance programme aims to provide emergency pet food to pet owners who are struggling to provide for their furry companions. Many families are facing financial difficulties and may have to choose between feeding themselves or their pets. Paws of Hope aims to ensure that no owned pet goes hungry.
We know how important pets are and how they offer unconditional love and support even in the toughest of times, but sometimes tough times means family members may have to miss out.

About us
We are dedicated to providing quality pet food for distribution by community organisations to people in the community who are experiencing financial hardship to ensure no pet goes hungry.
Use of funds
Purchasing a pallet of pet food to distribute to community organisations working with pet owners who are experiencing financial hardship and who may be faced between feeding themselves or their pets.

First Delivery! 7 September 2023
Thanks to your generous donations the Paws of Hope Foundation has taken its first paw-sitive step in providing pet food for families in need. Our first delivery of pet food went out to the amazing people at the Good Works Trust Foodbank in Auckland yesterday!
In addition to acknowledging the great work the Good Works Trust does, we would also like to extend our thanks to Animals Like Us NZ for their paw-some support to get this food out.
Today's delivery marks the commencement of our exciting journey. Stay tuned for more developments as we gather momentum! 🐾
