Felix had many plans, including to run the Auckland Harbour Bridge, we are doing this for him to mark his 16th birthday.

Felix was an ardent participant in surfing, water polo, surf life saving, rugby, hockey, rowing and learning. Felix lived every moment to its fullest, but was taken from us too soon in November 2022 due to a medical event.
Felix had many plans, including to run across the Auckland Harbour Bridge. To mark what would have been his 16th birthday, we are doing this for him as part of the Auckland Marathon, and hope to raise some additional funds for the Felix Hellriegel Memorial Education Fund.
