A Day of Magic Charitable Trust gifts to those who really need it. This charity was born out of the belief that everyone who has been diagnosed with a terminal disease deserves one day of pure magic at a time where it’s hard to find joy.

This is a day to share an amazing experience with loved ones before saying goodbye. Creating those everlasting moments, before it is too late. For most, this is a hugely confronting topic.

But for those who have no choice but to face up to it, it’s a very real thing.

2% Effective Fee
On average, fundraisers pay just 2% to use Givealittle. This is one of the lowest effective fees in New Zealand fundraising. We charge a 5% platform fee to cover the cost of running the platform. Because most donors choose to top up their donation to cover this fee, the effective cost paid by fundraisers is about 2%. That means around 98 cents of every dollar raised goes to the cause.
