Baby Zach's journey has been 1 of unimaginable pain & heartache. At just 4months old, he was suffering from what they thought to be as high fever. His mother Lucia Ann who’s very poor, took him to a local provincial hospital. For a month, little Zach was left w/ nothing more than IV fluids as his condition worsened, with no proper diagnosis or care. His mother desperate for answers, made the painful decision to transfer him to a hospital in Manila, where doctors discovered the heartbreaking truth: Baby Zach was battling a deadly acute bacterial meningitis.

Sadly, because of the delayed treatment, his condition has worsened over time. He now suffers from regular focal seizures, constant crying due to severe headaches & lost a significant amount of weight. His mother is doing everything she can, but the financial burden is overwhelming. Between the cost of travel, accommodation & the ongoing treatments Zach desperately needs, the expenses have become too much for them to handle alone.

Today, Baby Zach needs urgent medical tests, including an MRI, to determine the extent of the damage caused by the illness.
