Fighting for Justice

Kia ora, my name is Russiaan and I’m currently facing a defamation lawsuit after speaking out publicly about harmful experiences involving a business and its practices. What began as a personal effort to support potential victims has turned into a costly legal battle.

I used my platform to share stories of those who felt scammed or mistreated, and while I didn’t name names in my original videos, the response was swift. I’ve been served legal documents demanding thousands of dollars and a public apology, all for simply, in my opinion, standing up for what I believe is right.

I’m now in urgent need of financial support to secure legal representation, file responses, and defend my freedom to speak up. Legal fees are stacking up solicitor retainers, document preparation, court filings, and more. As someone who stood up to protect others, I’m now asking for your support.
