Finding Ecological Justice

This page has been set up for people to contribute to Environmental Justice Aotearoa, and the project Finding Ecological Justice in New Zealand.

Finding Ecological Justice is a project that has been supported by the Law Foundation in 2017. It investigates environmental justice, taking the story of this movement in the US as a starting point, and looks at delivering justice in Aotearoa through environmental law, including recognition of te ao Maori, the public trust, constitutional environmental rights, and wildlife law reform.

We'll be presenting a paper in Sydney in November, at the conference Environmental Justice - Looking Back, Looking Forward (University of Sydney, 6-8 November).
