Fire causes loss of loved one and all belongings

Antonia Fruean and her family lost their family home and all their belongings in a tragic house fire over the Labour weekend. Whilst most of her family members were able to escape with minor injuries, Antonia’s beloved Grandfather did not make it out, and sadly passed away.

This has been a very difficult and emotional time for the Fruean family who are not only coming to terms with the loss of their loved one, they will also need to rebuild their family home and livelihood.

Antonia works for the Aviation Security Service (Avsec) at Auckland airport and is an exceptional employee and a valued member of the team based at Auckland. Avsec have set up this give-a-little page to show support for our colleague and to help the Fruean family rebuild their lives & home after this tragedy.

We are seeking donations of any form, since although Antonia has some insurance, she will be starting out from scratch. From financial contributions to food parcels, clothing, bedding etc. donations. ALL DONATIONS WELCOME!

All monetary gifts will be deposited straight into Antonia’s bank account. All other donations will be delivered to the family by 13 November.
